How to turn-on any dead laptop?

        In this 2021, Most of us started working from home so we all depends on mostly on our personal or company provided laptop. Sometimes we may end up with various issue on our laptop like system freezing and hanging, BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), and the last most impacting issue laptop not powering on or unable to switch on the laptop.

        This is commonly occurred issue in any company laptop such as HP, Dell, Lenovo etc. 

        This article give you an idea to fix this issue yourself with few simple steps without help of  IT or Laptop Hardware technician.

Cause of this issue:

        * This could have happened for various reason, mainly because of any of the hardware issue. 
        * Power fluctuation or overcharging.
        * Laptop fell down or sudden vibration or force applied on your laptop.

Note:

Even though it's doesn't make any data loss, but for safety purpose remove your HDD or SSD from your laptop.

Things helps to fix this issue:

Step:- 1

    Try to turn-on your laptop without charger adapter. (If it's started the issue with your adapter or Power supply cross verify with other Power supply. If needed change Power adapter).

Step:- 2

    Now remove laptop battery, connect your charger adapter directly on your laptop and try to turn-on your laptop. Mostly this will fix this issue.

Step:- 3

    Then, If your laptop has more than one RAM. Remove any one of your laptop RAM and perform the above mentioned steps again.
    

Step:- 4

    Same way try with another RAM, make sure the ram doesn't have any burn on the chip. if so remove the RAM and try. (If any burn symptoms on RAM, Change it) 

Step:- 5

    Now we can try the power-draining method. Remove your charger adapter from your laptop with battery or without battery hold the power on button for  more than 10 seconds.

Step:- 6

    Then Disconnect battery and now try connecting adapter directly with laptop and try to turn-on.

Step:- 7

    If you have tool kit, open the laptop locate CMOS battery remove the CMOS battery and disconnect the battery. 

Step:- 8

    Now connect your laptop adapter this time it would definitely turn-on your laptop. 

Step:- 9

    * If still not powering on, may be any of the hardware or Motherboard would have damaged.
    * Connect with your technical person or visit nearest service center to find the issue and fix the issue.
